EEN 2.0 (Electronic book of visits) is a product, which attends for fast notation of data about visits, by scanning OCR entries from identification documents. Principle of electronic evidence: Identification document (ID card, passport, employee card etc.) moves through OCR reader (this is added in COM port of the computer), which reads identification data that includes: surname name document number access date access time The last two data will be automatically completed without the necessity to use the keyboard. Advantage of the product is simplicity of attendance and speed of visitors evidence (2-3 seconds). The system allows to register the departure time, name of visited person and name of person, who did the record. Data are saved in MS Access database. Product provides function of backward searching by different criteria (for example name, date etc.) and data printing.
