DMS (Document Management Systems) is a technology assigned for electronic administration and document archiving. It is a process that allows the documents to be handled throughout the cycle. From the opening, through searching (by profile or full-text), browsing, saving, flowing through the organization (workflow), till archiving or rejection (deleting).
